Hello, My name is Ivan Albarran, President and founder of CRM Company LLC.
When I decided to build this company I did not just think about making money but instead I thought in making a great impact in my community. There are many home owners in need of a trustworthy person or company that can fix and maintain their property with a quality work and with a reasonable price. That is where we fit in! being an Entrepreneur for over 30 years I had the opportunity to be involved in practicing many trades in construction allowed by law and CCB policies. Also, I have worked for a management company in preserving and modifying their properties in Portland and Vancouver area. I love to be involved in my community, currently, I coach a U-10 soccer girls team at Holy Redeemer school in N. Portland.
